These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to the Endless Fantasy iOS mobile application (the "App"), our website https://www.endlessfantasyapp.com (the "Website"), and any related content, features, tools, and services we provide (collectively, the "Services").
The Services are operated by OMGL LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and obligations.

If your account or content is deleted, it may not be recoverable.

If you purchase a subscription, it may automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings (or through the relevant platform settings if we later offer Android or web subscriptions).
If we offer a free or discounted trial, trial eligibility and conditions will be disclosed at the time you sign up. We may limit trials to one per user and may suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to abuse trial offers.

To operate and improve the Services, you grant OMGL LTD a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and distribute Your Content solely for:

If you choose to publish or share content publicly through the Services, you understand that others may be able to view, copy, remix, or share it. We are not responsible for what other users do with content you make public.
You may not submit content that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, or is otherwise unlawful or harmful. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Your Content and grant the license described above.
The Services (including software, designs, branding, and "look and feel") are owned by OMGL LTD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, no rights are granted by implication.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your expectations. You use the Services at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OMGL LTD and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Services in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence where prohibited).
